Upon browsing those paintings on the wall, I notice the resemblances most of them share. These artists like to use fishermen, farmers or any other along that line as their subjects. As far as I know, they were not restricted to a particular topic. Somehow, it makes me wonder, how come they have never told any tales of clerks, despatch boys or those coffee ladies in their work of art?
I haven’t come across any. Perhaps not yet.

Tick Tock Tick Tock!
You know the clock is ticking, when you
(i) keep misplacing your handphone, keys, etc.
(ii) can’t recall where you parked your car.
(iii) unconsciously leave the stuff you purchased at the counter.
Gosh, help me out!

Back to Books
Two weeks of getting myself roasted under the sun are over. Now, it's all back to boring academic books. Yawn. :0
On another note, the Reds has clinched one. More to grab this season. The treble, perhaps?

Traumatized
It was a slow night drive home when I realised a peculiar act of this Iswara driver, trying to cross a busy lane and going into the lane I was in. Upon watching this doubtful driver, I swerved my car to shoulder of the road. Suddenly, I heard a thud coming from the direction of that car. My head quickly turned to that direction, a man flew over the Iswara and got to the other side of the car. Apparently, a motorcycle had accidentally crashed onto the Iswara. The road was quite busy and I didn't dare to stop as it may cause another accident. I continued my journey home although I do feel guilty for not stopping.
Hopefully, the motorcyclist didnt't suffer from any serious injuries, God bless him. If it wasn't for the motorcycle, the Iswara might have crashed onto me and I might not be here anymore.
To that motorcyclist, you've saved me from the misfortune. I'm really sorry of what had happened to you and had to suffer my share of pain, I hope you're fine. May God bless you.

Educate the World

We don't know how lucky we are to be able to sit in a classroom equipped with luxurious facilities.
Kids in Africa don't even have pen and papers to write on, kids in Palestine put their lives at stake to go to school. Swarm of armies waiting in line with their guns, not letting them pass the route to school.
On this side of the hemisphere, we keep on glancing at the clock every minute wishing for the draggy lecture to be dismissed. We take the weather as an excuse to escape classes. We blame our parents for not letting us pick our own career paths. Haven't we realise how lucky we are, to have the chance to gain knowledge in a comfortable room?
Are we just spoiled with choices? Or are we just ungrateful of what we have? Shame on us.
